Using SecureOffice as a registered user

This section will help you if you are a registered user of a SecureOffice site.

Registered users are regularly "known" to the company that owns the site, such as employees or workgroup members. They have access to the site, based on the settings made by the adminstrator.

Using SecureOffice as a guest

This section will give you directions if you are a guest (Public User) of a SecureOffice site.

Public Users are special users, regularly external to the company that owns the site. They have limited access to one or more folders for purposes of exchanging information with the company.

Using SecureOffice as an administrator

This section will help you if you are an administrator of a SecureOffice site.
